Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Restocking fee:

• A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns.

• All shipping costs are non-refundable & you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item to us.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were received in the last 14 days.

• The goods are unused, in its original packaging & in re-sellable condition.

• Special order items cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.

Refunds

Once the item has been received by us, we will then contact you with the outcome of the refund request. If approved, you will be automatically refunded (minus any restocking and shipping fees) on your original payment method.
